We will gladly accept returns on all of our products. Please refer to our return times for each product below. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHEN YOU RETURN YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR:

A refund on the product you purchased (excluding shipping cost).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

IPL Laser Hair Removal Handsets: Product must be in original packaging, and in good condition. If there is any damage from misuse, the return will not be approved.

All other products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Brand new, and unused.

Return must be initiated in within the specified time allowed for return of each product. Please refer above for the eligible return times for each product.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping cost in non-refundable.

Purchase must be made directly from Glam'n Skin. Proof of purchase required.

Return must be approved by customer support.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We offer 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect, we can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your items even after you've used them. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. We guarantee our products will last with the proper care. Should your Glam'n Skin product start to have operational issues and/or you notice it doesn't work or function correctly as described, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
