General this has been a really obliging little gadget for me. Since neither wishing away nor disregarding unwanted hairs works overly well, and since other hair removal methods were annoying and/or too irritating to my subtle skin, I got this. You need to pay courtesy to the angle you hold it at, then you can certainly miss some hairs.

I have tanned skin with black hair. Using this product thinned out my hair making it look less noticible. I use this product one a week right after I shaved. As said in the packaging/instructions I do not put any lotion or product on the areas I want to laser (I think it has to do with blocking the hair follicle). I started to see results during the 3rd week because when I went to shave there was a lot less hair and thinned out hair than usual. Overall, great product would recommend.

Probably like everyone else, I was quite skeptical about buying this product, but since I was on furlough and had no nights out to throw my money at, I decided to buy this. I must admit, it did take about 7 sessions before I could see any results but when it hit, it hit the bullseye! My legs can go for days now without being shaved. There's no pain (apart from my you-know-what a little bit, just because the skin there is slightly darker) and I am overall very satisfied with it. I used to be very self-concious about my 'strawberry skin' on my legs but no mo' of that

I had my skepticism about this working but am pleasantly surprised to see that this product has actually been slowing down the growth of my hair substantially. I have thick, coarse hair that grows really fast. Usually, after I shave I can expect to see and feel hair coming out again as soon as the next day. I’ve used this for only about 6 weeks but started noticing a difference at about week 4. Hair is certainly still growing but at a much slower rate. Most noticeable difference is in my legs— hair is actually sparser as well. Underarm is not seeing as huge of a difference but it’s still working and I am still in the middle of the process so I’m hoping for more change as time goes on. Pretty happy with this!

Overall experience is good working well on my bikini line and backs of upper legs, armpit hair more stubborn. I can’t seem to get the glide mode to work but not sure if that is just me being useless or it’s faulty, however too pleased with the stamp mode to be bothered sending back etc so just using stamp mode. Have been using for about 6 weeks now and will continue to do so!

Already noticing a dramatic decrease in hair. Was rather skeptical but due to a sale I caught, I figured what the heck. First time I tried it was a learning curve but its easy once you know how to work it. The only bad review I could give is the cord could stand to be about a foot or two longer.. where my outlets are located it makes it a bit challenging to get the areas I want reached unless I contort myself, move around alot, and adjust. Other then that.. would so recommend this product.

Super easy to use, love that it has different settings/intensity. Definitely start off low until you’re sure of your tolerance, you might be able to handle level 4 on one body part but only level 1 on another so start low and change as you go!

I have never used an IPL handset. I was a bit scared to use it at first but upon my initial use I realized that its not that bad. It doesn't hurt. It makes big flashes of light but other than that it doesn't hurt the skin. I have only used it once so I dont know if it actually works but I will update my review once I use it the recommended amount of times.

Unexpected. I honestly wasn't expecting it to work like it has because you never know what you're really buying and there's always such different reviews. I honestly don't know if it comes down to the way a person may use it or simply just the type of hair they have? I believe exfoliating before using it helps. You definitely need patience using this as it takes along time but I think it's worth it. All the years we spend shaving for it to show again in just a few days. I noticed change in my hair growth after the second week. It wasn't growing back as fast as it usually would. So for the length it grew back after a week (due for next treatment) would be the length it would typically be like after just a few days (without having used the laser). My hair was slower to grow back and that goes for everywhere, underarms, legs and brazilian. I intentionally missed a week of treatment to really see the growth and it's still the same. Honestly if it shows anything it's patches where the hair is longer which are on the front parts of the legs where the bone is, due to being tricky trying to get the laser flat to zap properly. So extra time working on those parts no biggie. As for the other parts hair is not even visible, it's looks as if I've just had a shave. I would say patience and consistency is key with this. For anyone who has trust issues and can't afford to be throwing money here and there to only end up being disappointed, from my experience I would say it's worth it. You never know if you don't try it.

My hair growth always had me irritated as it’s very thick some hair would be growing 3 out of one spot and always grew back the day after shaving or even that night if I got goosebumps. My hair grew back thick and prickly like a mans facial hair. I am 7 weeks in using this ipl laser and my hair is already thinning out! It takes 4-5 days to grow back and it’s no longer so prickly! I can feel the difference as before I would get very itchy and now I don’t ! So I recognise to anyone with the same issues. Can’t wait till I’m at week 12 !!!

My experience has been great. I have folliculitis which mean I have enflamed hair follicles whenever I shave and I constantly have ingrown hairs. It doesn't help that I have coarse hair on my legs as well. I was super nervous using this because I hated shaving my legs but I couldn't handle waxing anymore, its expensive and so time consuming. After the first few weeks of use, I started to notice my hair wasn't as thick and some spots stopped growing as fast. I'm still consistently using once a week (it's been about 90 days) and I will probably have to for the next year or so but I've been consistent and I can't even believe it. I don't mind shaving anymore because I don't get the inflammation as bad as I used to and the hair has thinned out so it's not as noticeable which is such a blessing! This device is totally worth the money and I will continue to use it. I would advise to not use over cuts as it stings a bit when the light passes over it. Otherwise, it doesn't hurt at all!
